Digital Pedagogies Kit to Facilitate Training in E-Studio “Youth Worker – Innovative Promoter of Young Men’s Health and Wellbeing”

The main aim of the Digital Pedagogies Kit

To support youth workers-facilitators in running the training of youth workers-learners within the educational e-Studio “Youth Worker – Innovative promoter of young men’s health and wellbeing.” It provides methodological and pedagogical guidance for facilitating the learning process based on the digitally-transformed dialogical group method. It ensures that facilitators are equipped with appropriate digital tools, methods, and structured approaches for effectively delivering the training, including the use of the 5 NOOCs and the digital assessment tool.

It contributes to the recognition and quality of youth work by providing a clear, replicable structure for training youth workers on promoting young men’s health and wellbeing using innovative, inclusive, and digital pedagogical strategies.

The Digital Pedagogies Kit consists of 3 main parts:

1. General methodology of digitally-transformed e-Studio for youth workers to become innovative promoters for young men’s health and wellbeing

This methodology provides general overview of the training process and deepens the youth workers-facilitators knowledge on organising the digitally-transformed e-Studio including the lesson plan for the whole learning process.  

2. Pedagogical methodology for using 5 developed NOOCs to support digitally- transformed dialogical group learning of youth workers.

The methodology supports the youth workers-facilitators’ to use digital tools/NOOCs for facilitating the training sessions based on dialogical groups methods. Reversed training method is used as learners first are self-studying the learning materials using NOOC and then participate in the facilitated classroom-based dialogical groups discussion on the topic of NOOC. The scenarios for facilitating the 5 dialogical groups are also provided.

3. Pedagogical methodology of assessment strategy of obtained youth workers’ competences

The methodology equips the youth workers-facilitators with tools for assessing and validating the competences and skills of youth workers-learners to receive a digital badge “Innovative promoter for young men health and wellbeing”.

The Digital Pedagogies Kit for youth workers-facilitators is placed in the Moodle in all partner languages [EN, CS, LT, EL, SL, SR].
