The Educational e-Studio “Youth Worker – Innovative Promoter of Young Men’s Health and Wellbeing” is structured into three main parts, each designed to enhance youth workers’ competences and provide them with the necessary tools to effectively train and support young men in health-related education. These components work together to create a comprehensive digital learning experience, ensuring a high-quality, engaging, and impactful non-formal training approach.
1. Nano Open Online Courses (NOOCs)
This part of the e-Studio includes a set of five NOOCs, each focusing on a key competence required for youth workers to provide effective non-formal training on young men’s health and well-being. The NOOCs cover essential topics such as:

Each NOOC consist of five interactive videos with self-check questions.
2. Assessment test with digital badge “Innovative Promoter for Young Men's Health and Wellbeing”
To ensure recognition and validation of the competencies gained, the e-Studio includes an assessment tool. Participants can test their knowledge by completing a multiple-choice test consisting of 50 closed questions. Upon successful completion, they will receive a digital badge titled “Innovative Promoter for Young Men’s Health and Wellbeing.”
This assessment test enhances the credibility and impact of the training, providing youth workers with non-formal recognition for their learning progress.
3. E-Guide for learners on how to participate in the educational e-Studio

By completing the Set of NOOCs, youth workers will acquire the essential competencies needed to effectively engage young men in health education, apply digital pedagogies, and contribute to a more inclusive, gender-sensitive approach to youth well-being. The NOOCs play a vital role in the Time4Health project’s goal of digitally transforming youth work for better health outcomes among young men.
